-Initial Feasibility Study to assess merits of incentive-based conservation opportunities; -Assessment of easement structures and financial/tax implications -Land use compliance and reconciliation reviews; -Coordination of adjoining landowner agreements (grazing leases, access, etc.); -Assessment of water rights for modified uses; -Development of Recreational Use plans and strategies; -Development of Land Use/Land Management Plans with revenue generating potential (mitigation banks, conservation programs, nutrient trading, recreation); -Execution of contractor agreements and contract administration in implementing land management plans; -Reviews of acquisition/easement, financial assurances of resource banks, contractor agreements, sales agreements (for bank credits, if other than cash), interagency/corporate sales agreements (advance purchase, block purchase), recreation contracts, etc.; -Financial accounting of land assets and liabilities (sales, debits, etc.), contractor and vendor payables, recreation income, grant audits, agricultural income, etc.; -Marketing (development of marketing strategy, cold calls/sales, advertisement, presentations, web site development and maintenance, etc.) for all resource revenue streams; -Grant writing for resource improvements (exclusive of banking); -Relationship capital through enhanced NGO associations (eg. Nature Conservancy, Montana Land Reliance).
